• BlissScape skills award XP at 76x the rate of RuneScape 2. Once you reach 200,000,000 XP in a skill, you can prestige it at the Prestige Master (::home). Each prestige halves that skill’s XP rate and earns you 100 prestige points per level, which can be spent in the Prestige Shop. Prestiging is key to progression—multiple prestige levels are required to unlock the completionist and trimmed completionist capes.
  • Double XP Weekend occurs on the first full weekend of every month and applies to all players.
  • You can access nearly all skilling locations mentioned in this guide by clicking on the respective skill icon.
  • Skill pet drop rates on Bliss begin at 1 in 500,000,000 raw XP at prestige 0. This rate improves with each prestige level and follows the formula: (prestige + 1) / 500,000,000 XP.
AGILITY
  • Level 1
    Gnome Stronghold Agility Course
  • Level 35
    Barbarian Outpost Agility Course
  • Level 48
Ape Atoll Agility Course (obtain a greegree from the scout near the course)
  • Level 85
    Advanced Gnome Stronghold Course
  • Level 90
Advanced Barbarian Outpost Course or Advanced Gnome Stronghold Course
    Alternatively, Brimhaven Agility Arena
  • Use summer pies (baker stall via ::thieve) to boost from 80 to 85 Agility, allowing early access to the advanced Gnome Stronghold course. This helps you progress toward the agile outfit (a requirement for the completionist cape) and reduces post-99 grinding on the level 85 course.
  • Most players use their XP lamps on Agility.
  • The Brimhaven Agility Arena is the best XP per hour during the minigame spotlight.
  • Agility 99 cape: +10% run energy restoration
Agility 120 cape: +25% run energy restoration
CONSTRUCTION
  • Level 1
Bring one inventory of normal planks and a few steel nails. Build a crude wooden chair, then use the rest of your planks to make rocking chairs.
  • Level 38
Create a dining room, bring one inventory of teak planks, and use them to build teak tables.
  • Level 52
Build mahogany tables in the dining room. A slightly more expensive method, but significantly faster XP—popular for prestiging.
  • Level 60
Build teak wardrobes in the bedroom. A cheaper method, but slower XP—also commonly used for prestiging.
  • Once you’ve found the right camera angle and zoom, Construction can be trained entirely without moving your mouse or using right-click menus—with the help of menu entry swapper and a normal butler (not the demon butler).
  • You can hire a butler north-east of the Yanille house portal. The gameplay settings in the ::settings menu include an auto-pay toggle to avoid extra dialogue during training.
  • At level 96, you can build a bank chest in your costume room.
    • This bank chest acts as extra storage, separate from your regular bank
    • On group ironman accounts, it is shared with your team and cannot store untradeable items.
  • The sawmill operator can convert noted logs into planks, but it costs 5x more than using unnoted logs.
  • Construction 99 cape: Sawmill operators give a 10% discount on converting logs to planks
Construction 120 cape: Sawmill operators give a 25% discount on converting logs to planks
COOKING
  • Level 1
    Cook shrimp and anchovies
  • Level 40

  • Level 68
    Cook monkfish
  • Level 88

  • Level 93
Cook rocktail (popular method for prestiging)
  • You can obtain cooking gauntlets by bringing 100 noted cooked lobsters to Caleb in Catherby, located just north of the bank.
  • If you receive grapes from the Kalphite Queen, collect jugs of water from Shantay Pass to make wine for additional Cooking XP.
  • The juju cooking potion gives you a 10% chance to cook a piece of food 3x as fast (stacks with Cooking master cape and Cooking prestige perk)
  • Cooking 99 cape: Food will never burn
Cooking 120 cape: Grants a 5% chance to cook items twice as fast
CRAFTING
  • Level 1–27
    Cut low-level gems:
    • Opal (level 1)
    • Jade (level 13)
    • Red topaz (level 16)
    • Sapphire (level 20)
    • Emerald (level 27)
Alternatively, spin flax into bow strings, or buy molten glass from the Keldagrim Construction shop.
  • Level 34–55 Gems (popular for prestiging)
    • Ruby (level 34)
    • Diamond (level 43)
    • Dragonstone (level 55)

    • Green d’hide items (level 57–66)
    • Blue d’hide items (level 66–73)
    • Red d’hide items (level 73–79)
    • Black d’hide items (level 79–87)
    • Royal d’hide items (87–93)
  • Level 89
Robust glass is a slower but highly accessible method—ideal both before and after prestiging. It’s created by mining red sandstone.
  • Jack Oval, opposite the bank at ::home, can tan noted hides. However, this service costs 5x more than tanning unnoted hides.
  • You do not need any crafting tools besides thread, which is already included in your toolbelt.
  • Crafting 99 cape: Allows you to craft without needing thread
Crafting 120 cape: Gives you a 1/28 chance to blow glass or craft leather twice as fast
DUNGEONEERING
  • Floors 1–29/35:
For the initial floors, common practice is to “rush” through the dungeons in the following themes: Frozen, Abandoned 1, Furnished (and optionally, Abandoned 2).
    • Dungeon Size: Small
    • Complexity: 1
    • Guide Mode highlights the critical path on your minimap, brightening required rooms and dimming others.
    • Solo or duo: Duos are optimal if both players know what they’re doing; otherwise, solo is faster. Avoid larger groups unless doing 5-account T11 hunts for BIS boss drops.
  • Floor 30/36–60:
After your rushes, the focus lies on maximizing XP gain.
    • Solo Play:
      • Dungeon Size: Medium
      • Complexity: 6
      • Objective: Maximize XP by opening all rooms; only kill guardians and bosses
    • Group Play:
      • Dungeon Size: Large
      • Complexity: 6
      • Objective: Party leader should be the most experienced player—they manage the critical path and gatestone teleports
  • Dungeoneering fundamentals:
    • Use abbreviations to communicate quickly during team dungeons.
    • Open your minimap as soon as you enter.
    • Gatestones save travel time. Gate far-away key doors, not doors near base. Always communicate gating decision.
    • Keep moving—waiting at doors or standing still wastes time.
    • For boss and puzzle mechanics, refer to old pre-EoC YouTube guides or the RuneScape 3 Wiki.
  • Reward shop
Dungeoneering tokens unlock key utility items—especially vital for ironmen:
    • Core unlocks: Demonhorn necklace, bonecrusher, charming imp, herbicide, resource scrolls, arcane stream necklace
    • Completionist content: Spirit cape (post-comp), various (trimmed) completionist cape unlocks
    • Weapons: If you own drygores, an ascension crossbow, or noxious weapons, you may skip chaotics. For ironmen, chaotics are a crucial progression step.
  • Bind Slots
Your number of equipment binds increases as you level:
    • Level 1: 1 bind
    • Level 20: 2 binds
    • Level 40: 3 binds
    • Level 60: 4 binds
    • Level 80: 5 binds
    • Level 100: 6 binds
    • Level 120: 7 binds
  • Recommended Equipment Setup
BlissScape is balanced around the hexhunter bow, making a ranged setup ideal. Start with craftable gear and upgrade to BIS drops as you unlock more bind slots. Core progression:
    • Grave creeper shortbow (BIS: Hexhunter; Soulgazers)
    • Promethium arrows (BIS: Sagittarian arrows; Sagittare & Skeletal trio (most common on F23–25 and F36–38)
    • Tyrannoleather body (BIS: Sagittarian body; Hope devourer (most common on F51–53))
    • Tyrannoleather chaps (BIS: Sagittarian chaps; Necrolord (most common on F39–41))
    • Tyrannoleather vambraces (BIS: Sagittarian vambraces; Icy bones (most common on F1–2))
    • Promethium spear (BIS: Primal spear; World-gorger Shukarhazh)
    Additional upgrades:
    • Blood necklace (Edimmus)
    • Shadow silk hood (Night spiders)
    • Lycopus herb (+ void dust from trader → strong ranged potion (bindable))
Ring of Kinship: Set to Desperado under Ranged. Prioritise upgrading this passive over others.
  • Dungeoneering 99 cape: Right-click teleport to any resource dungeon once per day.
Dungeoneering 120 cape: Right-click teleport to any resource dungeon with unlimited use. Additionally acts as an ava’s alerter inside dungeons.
